We try not to use too much paper but when we make a mistake if it is a big mistake we make sure we recycle it in these green bins. There is a green bin in every room.
This is our new field we have a compost bin for every class, we put our fruit skins in the bins and when we do gardening and weeding we put the weeds in the bins. We also have a compost heap which we call our ‘bugs hotel’.
We have reminders above every light switch in the school to help us to remember to turn the lights off when we don’t need them.
We have signs above the taps in school to remind us to turn them off when we have finished.
Every class have their own vegetable patch in our school field we have to all learn how to look after it by weeding, planting and eating them!
We have some natural habitats in our field where bugs go to live a happy life and hopefully keep on reproducing to help the enviroment.
